Screenings of four award-winning short films made by Playhouse West-Philadelphia Director, Tony Savant.

Each film screening will be followed by a Q&A with the director and any available cast members. A PASS to see all four shorts is $2, with all proceeds going toward purchasing new plays and books for our school library.
12 p.m. - BUDDY
All nine year old Buddy wants is a real best friend, but once he finds one he struggles with how much he's wiling to sacrifice for friendship.

1:30 p.m. - THE BYRDS & THE BEES
Every parent has to have "the talk" with their children some day. But as George Byrd and his family dramatize, anytime a parent thinks even the most common child-rearing exercise will be easy - watch out!

2:30 - BILLY AND THE HURRICANE
As a hurricane hits, a small town emergency room nurse learns the value of life.

Two young musicians play music together and discover love while trying to escape their dysfunctional lives in the rural south.
